Customer called in to have some heads located and checked that were buried under landscape rocks, heads were supposed to be capped off by another contractor but wasn't. Tech went out to locate heads, also fixed a few other repairs such as replacing nozzles for better water coverage, low water pressure due to a sprinkler leaks. Tech resolved all the customers concerns and more. Customer was happy with the final repairs.
Technician was very friendly, arrived right on time and performed sprinkler repair work efficiently. System had sprung a leak due to root growth that cracked one of the connections to the sprinkler head. Dug out the lawn around the head, cut out the section of the root and replaced the damaged part. Put everything back together good as new.
Customer called AquaFirst due to a broken pipe and broken cap. We replaced broken cap, and fixed 2 dripline leaks. We also walked her through how her sprinkler system works. She thought tech was thorough and efficient.
