Technician was very friendly, arrived right on time and performed sprinkler repair work efficiently. System had sprung a leak due to root growth that cracked one of the connections to the sprinkler head. Dug out the lawn around the head, cut out the section of the root and replaced the damaged part. Put everything back together good as new.

Had an awesome experience today with our technician, Felix, that came out today! Very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Managed to fix something that another sprinkler company told me could not be fixed. Overall very satisfied with Felix’s knowledge of sprinkler systems and his ability to fix things that I mentioned that weren’t initially part of the initial service call. He also was super helpful and changed out a broken sprinkler head that I keep breaking for a pop-up sprinkler head. Didn’t even know that was an option. These guys were great. Came out within a day and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Very reasonable price ($140). The problem was not on the sprinkler side – it was on the plumbing side. Called a plumber who wanted to charge me $6000 to fix it (!!!!). But luckily Pedro suggested a company that detects leaks, which saved me thousands in the long run (though it took some work on my and my neighbor’s part). Thank you Pedro!

My experience with Aqua First was 5 out of 5 stars. My Tech Felix arrived on time was professional and courteous, and fixed and adjusted all my zones and heads in under an hour with no upsellig. He also showed me all the zones working ND told me how many days a week I should water and the times for each zone…he did a great job, and is a real asset to the company. Aqua First is now my Sprinkler company..and Felix is my Tech for sure.

Aquafirst repaired our sprinklers in the fall. They did a good job at a fair price. Last week we had a significant water leak. I called Aquafirst and their receptionist was great. She understood our situation and got someone out in two days and they fixed the leak. They took pictures of the broken pipe and took pictures after the fix. Carlos called and explained to me what was wrong with the pipe, why it had broke and what they did to fix it. That’s why I feel comfortable using AquaFirst and will recommend them to others.

Carlos is very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me find the best solutions for my situation.
