The technician Felix was very professional and knowledgeable on finding and fixing our issue. A true rockstar! We had a leak that he needed to track down and also a full zone that had stopped working. He put everything back nicely and now we have a properly working system. Carlos and his son did an excellent job, completing all the work in 2 days. In getting the estimate, Carlos told me he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but he’d do it right. The technician did a great job. He explained his process to examine my system and addressed each of my concerns. Upon completion, he summarized everything. Definitely a “FIVE STAR” technician in a “FIVE STAR” company.
Helder was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My old sprinkler system needed a lot of repair and he took care of it quickly and well. I plan to have him back to update my control box with a more modern controller. Pricing was fair, and payment methods were clearly communicated beforehand. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment which was another plus. Highly recommend.
