Had an awesome experience today with our technician, Felix, that came out today! Very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Managed to fix something that another sprinkler company told me could not be fixed. Overall very satisfied with Felix’s knowledge of sprinkler systems and his ability to fix things that I mentioned that weren’t initially part of the initial service call. He also was super helpful and changed out a broken sprinkler head that I keep breaking for a pop-up sprinkler head. Didn’t even know that was an option. He listened to all my concerns and I couldn’t be more grateful that I decided to call this company. Definitely recommend. 5star service for sure. Thanks Felix!

Isaac and I can’t remember his name but I think it was Hebral, I know it’s wrong so please forgive me, I was having problems with my entire sprinkler system. I called them and my two week appt. turned into a few days bc they a cancelation and their crew were running early so they called to fit me in early. Come to find out system had broken pcs which all had to be replaced. They fixed everything and now it works great. Great crew and the CO.

Helder was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My old sprinkler system needed a lot of repair and he took care of it quickly and well. I plan to have him back to update my control box with a more modern controller. Pricing was fair, and payment methods were clearly communicated beforehand. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment which was another plus. Highly recommend.
Great doing business with the team at AquaFirst. There were no mandatory inspection service fee’s. Problems were resolved in a timely manner.
