I had such a pleasant experience with AquaFirst. Carlos, the tech who serviced our leak, was extremely professional and competent. He honestly addressed the issue so we did not have to replace the part that another company stated was necessary. We saved so much money!! I will definitely use them in the future. Carlos and Aquafirst are Incredibly top notch. They work relentlessly and will make sure EVERYTHING in your irrigation project functions properly, even if their work is limited. We were in the final stages of our pool construction and Carlos pointed out multiple sites of concern and showed me why they were problematic. Even though they weren’t responsible for the drainage of our backyard, he pointed out a major oversight (even though I personally was responsible for changes in the pool plans that weren’t adjusted on the contractor level) that allowed us to remedy the problem before the turf installation. Carlos and his crew are passionate about their work, and will absolutely not over charge you. We had adjustments to our needs which we discussed over the phone (which is nearly Impossible to find these days) and he fairly adjusted the cost without any questions by myself (our project came 2000 under the estimate). I will 100% never use anyone but Aquafirst. Thank you for being one of the few remaining businesses that show integrity! We look forward to working with in all our future irrigation projects!

He came on time. Explained what he was going to do. Did it. Fixed the leaking valve, adjusted the sprinkler heads in that zone and was done. System work fine now.
