My experience with Aqua First was 5 out of 5 stars. My Tech Felix arrived on time was professional and courteous, and fixed and adjusted all my zones and heads in under an hour with no upsellig. He also showed me all the zones working ND told me how many days a week I should water and the times for each zone…he did a great job, and is a real asset to the company. Aqua First is now my Sprinkler company..and Felix is my Tech for sure.

Helder was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My old sprinkler system needed a lot of repair and he took care of it quickly and well. I plan to have him back to update my control box with a more modern controller. Pricing was fair, and payment methods were clearly communicated beforehand. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment which was another plus. Highly recommend.

Carlos and Aquafirst are Incredibly top notch. They work relentlessly and will make sure EVERYTHING in your irrigation project functions properly, even if their work is limited. We were in the final stages of our pool construction and Carlos pointed out multiple sites of concern and showed me why they were problematic. Even though they weren’t responsible for the drainage of our backyard, he pointed out a major oversight (even though I personally was responsible for changes in the pool plans that weren’t adjusted on the contractor level) that allowed us to remedy the problem before the turf installation. Carlos and his crew are passionate about their work, and will absolutely not over charge you. We had adjustments to our needs which we discussed over the phone (which is nearly Impossible to find these days) and he fairly adjusted the cost without any questions by myself (our project came 2000 under the estimate). I will 100% never use anyone but Aquafirst. Thank you for being one of the few remaining businesses that show integrity! We look forward to working with in all our future irrigation projects!
